Procurement Portal

Using IHA's new Procurement Portal, a vendor can register for a user account and then register his/her company's information. To create a user account, each vendor will need his/her name, email address and company Tax ID number. Multiple user accounts are allowed for each distinct Tax ID number; however only the initial user will be able to register the company's information.

This Portal will also allow individual IHA Communities to have a reference spot in which to find vendors for various non-bidding contracts.

Our future visions of this Portal includes a number of possible features, such as:

  • Allow vendors and their employees to view all open contracting opportunities and to view any of their bids and awards
  • Allow the IHA Procurement Department to send mass emails regarding upcoming bidding opportunities
  • Allow end of year notifications to be sent to all awarded vendors
  • Future enhancements to the User Interface and Admin capabilities
